is a self-funded, not-for-profit, innovation and development centre which promotes and invests in school and community-based research and practitioner enquiry. The Centre specialises in curriculum design, developing pedagogy, languages, literacy, leadership, 14-19 curriculum, quality assurance, the learning environment, e-learning and family learning. ECLIPSE Project

The International Learning and Research Centre is pleased to be a partner in the ECLIPSE Project within the Lifelong Learning Programme. A successful Kick Off meeting was held at the University La Laguna in Tenerife, 16-18 January 2012


Danish Trainee Teachers

We are delighted to welcome our Danish Trainee Teachers to start their 4 week placements in Bath and North East Somerset schools.


The Languages Bridge in Denmark

The Languages Bridge featured in this month's edition of Sproglaereren, the popular magazine for languages teachers in Denmark. This followed a presentation at a conference in Copenhagen in May 2011, and subsequently six Danish schools are subscribing to the programme.
